Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, return the items in original condition within 7 working days of receipt of them for an exchange or full refund (Item must be in new condition).
Please contact us before sending your order back. A return address will be advised.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment unless a store credit is requested.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges & original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns will be subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny or refuse full refund based on the returned condition.
If an item was sent to you by mistake or is faulty, we will send you a replacement item as soon as we get the item back. Shipping costs will be covered by us.

Product
While we strive too perfect our product, our candles are handmade so may show slight imperfections. These will not affect the burning of the candle, just the overall look. Here is what we consider to be acceptable.
A slightly off centre wick
Loose wax - can easily be brushed off
A speck of dust - can easily be scrapped off
